ikea finds, storage

For the most part we’ve been very happy with our new apartment but there’s one thing that we’re trying to solve: there’s not enough small storage space for clothes, linens and office stuff. Because we don’t have a separate office room but both have our desks in the livingroom (and thus can’t hide all of our paperwork, magazines, books and such behind a closed door if we feel like it) it’s important to get everything well organized and all possible storage space utilized so that the livingroom actually looks like a livingroom and not an office. So when we headed out to IKEA today on the top of our list was to find things that would help us keep everything organized in the limited space we have.

We hope that these will help us get organized: From the upper left corner: A small Mien birch veneer storage box for jewerly, white Kassett magazine files and boxes for storing magazines, Pilatorp baskets (a set of four) and Ljusnan seagrass boxes (a set of three) for the bathroom.
