It has become a habit for us to go to the thift stores and second-hand stores when we are in down town. We have found couple of great second-hands stores which sell really beautiful old furniture. Unfortunately, we haven’t found a single decent coffee table. The search continues.

Arm chair and rocker

Instead we have found more lovely arm chairs which we can’t buy but we/I sure would like to see in our home. The yellow arm chair on the left was very beautiful. I liked it because it looks like there’s something wrong with it. The seat is lower than normally but the back rest is taller than normally. Gorgeous! The rocker on the right looked cosy and it felt good to rock in it.

Old sofa

We also saw this beautiful old sofa that had wooden edges on the arm rests. It was in really good shape. The store we saw it in is sort of second-hand/antique store so the sofa cost a lot.
