Kitchen

The kitchen table found a new place under the window, much nicer to sit around it and being able to see outside. We’ve been storing the cookbooks in the basement, today I moved them into the kitchen. For now they are on the counter but I am thinking about adding one shelf on the wallpapered wall for them. We could really use more storage space in the kitchen but at the same time I’m not sure if I want to hang anything over the lovely wallpaper.

That looks like a nice place to have breakfast and I still love that wallpaper!
And oh my goodness, Katja, that color test makes all of us sound like monsters! I think one of my commenters was right – according to the test, if you have good taste, you can’t be a nice person! Hmmm . . . And on that note, have a lovely weekend! ;)
Oh, I agree, looks like a great place to sit. I wish we had a window in our kitchen… that’s the only thing about our apartment which I would like to change.
I like your tiles – those rectangular white ones look delightfully classical and uncluttered.
lovely, lovely kitchen!
a cookbooks-shelf on the wallpapered wall would sounds nice :-)
I absolutely love your kitchen and again that looks like a lovely place to sit and eat. I would like to have a table in our kitchen when its done, it really is the heart of a home.
I quite like the cookbooks on the worksurface though! Have a great weekend.
