Winter Inspiration
Snow white and lovely sky blue, the colors of perfect winter days. We haven’t been able to enjoy them here (it’s been weeks of grey grey grey, both in the sky and on the ground) but thankfully there’s Flickr and all the inspiration it offers.

I know it’s not traditional to leave a comment on an old post, but I saw this yesterday and had to think it over a bit. I am inspired by the bright blue and white as winter colors. We don’t get a lot of snow here, so I haven’t been exposed to that lovely contrast. But ever since your post, I’ve noticed a deep blue and white contrast in my city as the season turns to winter. And though I’m not sure yet if this will all come together in a tangible way, I’m thinking about using this theme in my holiday decorating.
